Who is Feel Your Best (FYB) for?Feel Your Best (FYB) is for anyone who feels mentally or emotionally off — even if you can’t quite name it. Whether it’s anxiety, burnout, grief, low mood, or just feeling stuck… this journey is for you. You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just a willingness to take that first step — we’ll walk with you from there.

What's included in the Care Plan ?Care plan may range from 8-12 weeks depending on your unique needs. You’ll get: 1-1 therapy sessions with a qualified mental health professional 1-1 nutritionist consultation Live group sleep coaching sessions Live group yoga & mindfulness sessions Lifetime access to FYB’s Private Peer Circles A dedicated Care Specialist to guide and support you throughout Progress reports to help you see how far you’ve come All sessions are online, and everything is scheduled around your life.

How do I join?Just say “Hi” on WhatsApp. We’ll start with a few gentle questions so we can understand what support you need. From there, we’ll match you with your therapist and expert team — and your care plan begins.
